Ron Semenoff, OFS, BA, MAPPC, is a Counsellor/Consultant who is a recognized authority, speaker and facilitator on numerous subjects.

Currently Ron is a group facilitator in the Prevention of Family Violence Program at the Sheriff King Centre of the YWCA. For 15 years he served as a Pastoral Counsellor at the Calgary Counselling Centre. Previously he served as a Chaplain within the Calgary Catholic School District for ten years.

In 2010, Ron co-founded Breathing Life Into Ministry, with Rev. John Griffith (United Church), which engages clergy, ministry personnel and Christian business leaders in a flexible, effective and efficient process of professional development, so that they can competently and successfully manage the stressors of a life in ministry. In addition to ministry and pastoral counselling experience, Ron has 30 years experience as an addictions counsellor.

As member of the Ordo Franciscanus Saecularis (3rd Order Franciscans – Roman Catholic), Ron has held executive positions within the large Franciscan Community in Western Canada for 2 decades.

Ron’s goal is to assist persons in the for-profit, charitable and not-for-profit sectors to be the best people that they can be.
