Strategic Planning – De-mystifying and Simplifying the Process
Strategic Planning is important for all organizations and divisions. It provides the guide for business planning and activities to ensure that they achieve the overall goals of the company. Sometimes organizations avoid this process since it can seem very complicated and unclear how to proceed. This seminar is an introduction to the key concepts of the Strategic Plan and how to put the plan together in a reasonable length of time. You will be provided with a template for a Strategic Plan and will work on some of the key elements during the day. You will leave this session with a clear idea of how to complete your plan.
