Seminar Series: Fire Loss Investigation – First Party Claims
This seminar introduces participants to the steps leading to successful investigation of property insurance fire claims. Information and exercises, including a case study, will help improve the participants understanding of the role of the property claims adjuster in claims file administration and litigation management.
Topics include causation principles, coverage issues, effective case file management and current issues and legal trends that affect the settlement of first party property claims.
