Seminar Series: Arson and Fire Loss Investigation
This seminar introduces participants to, and develops their knowledge of, proper handling of property insurance fire claims with a specific focus on arson investigation. Information and exercises will improve the participants understanding of the importance of consistency in creating and managing case files, and the use of various resources in investigating fire insurance claims.
The case study allows participants to develop their skills in creating a properly constructed and documented file, examining forensic evidence and negotiating loss payment.
