Seminar Series: Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) / Level 2 – Fair But Firm
This seminar provides participants with an advanced study of the various forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and illustrates how they integrate with and influence the successful settlement of bodily injury claims. Information and exercises, including case studies with a mediation coordinator, will help improve the participants understanding of the role of ADR in claims file administration and litigation management.
Topics include ADR v. Litigation – Pros and Cons, Interest Based Negotiation Part 2, More Effective Litigation Management and current issues and legal trends that affect the settlement of bodily injury claims.
