Seminar Series: Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) – The Soft Touch
This seminar introduces participants to the various forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and illustrates how they integrate with and influence the successful settlement of bodily injury claims. Information and exercises, including a case study with a mediation coordinator, will help improve the participants understanding of the role of ADR in claims file administration and litigation management.
Topics include ADR v. Litigation – Pros and Cons, Interest Based Negotiation, Effective Litigation Management and current issues and legal trends that affect the settlement of bodily injury claims.
