Building a Strong Team – Using a Coach Approach
Leaders are challenged to recognize the diversity of their team while inspiring them towards a common cause. Some teams seem to naturally work well together and others require more effort. Even with a highly functional team, it is important to identify what is working and what is not. This seminar will discuss how to identify common issues and use coaching skills to address these issues and strengthen your team.
